We don't sell your information. We don't rent it. We don't trade it. If you give us your name, email, or phone number, it's because you want to hear from us — and that's the only reason we'll use it.

Who We Are

Woodhane Stubble is an independent ministry organization and a Publisher based in Bellevue, Nebraska. Our ministry supports getting the message of Pastor Keith’s book, “I Just Can’t Forgive That! Get Your Life Back After Being Hurt.” Our Woodhane Stubble Publishing imprint includes Silver, Gold & Jewels Press and Foundation Press. We publish books, offer free ministry resources, and connect people with speaking and teaching through Pastor Keith West.

Our mission is to help people to build on the foundation of Jesus with silver, gold, and precious jewels instead of building on any other foundation or with wood, hay, and stubble.

What Information We Collect

‍ We collect information only when you give it to us. That happens when you:‍ ‍

• Fill out a contact or speaking inquiry form

• Sign up for SMS updates via Clearstream

• Place a book order or request bulk/church pricing

• Email us directly

• Subscribe to any newsletter or course updates

The information we may collect includes your name, email address, phone number, organization or church affiliation, and any details you share in a message or form.

‍We do not collect payment information directly. Any purchases are processed through third-party platforms (Amazon, IngramSpark) under their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

Simple. We use your information to:‍ ‍

• Respond to your inquiry or request

• Communicate about speaking engagements or ministry events

• Send course materials, updates, or encouragement you've signed up for

• Fulfill book orders or wholesale requests

• Deliver SMS messages you opted into via Clearstream

‍We do not use your information for anything you didn't ask for. We do not add you to lists you didn't choose. We do not contact you about unrelated products or services.

What We Don't Do With Your Information

We do not sell your information. To anyone. Ever.

‍We do not rent, trade, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your contact details are not a commodity here. They are a trust.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted platforms to operate our ministry and publishing work:

• Squarespace — website hosting and contact forms

• Clearstream — SMS text messaging (opt-in only, opt-out by texting STOP)

• Amazon / IngramSpark — book sales and distribution

• Google Workspace — email (keith@woodhanestubble.com)

• Turtulia - Author websites

• Substack - Author articles and newsletter

Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you have questions about how they handle data on their end.

SMS Messaging (Clearstream)

If you text a keyword to our Clearstream number, you are opting in to receive periodic text messages from Woodhane Stubble. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

‍You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request help by replying HELP. We will never share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing use.

Cookies and Website Data

Our website may use standard cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. This data is aggregated and anonymous — we use it to make the site better, not to track individuals. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us — or as long as we're in an active relationship (ongoing communication, speaking arrangement, etc.). If you ask us to remove your information, we will.

Our content is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will remove it.

If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version here with a new effective date. We won't make changes that undermine the core commitment: your information is yours, and we treat it that way.
